Q. Do I need a reservation?
A. Yes, we ask that reservations be made in advance, particularly on holidays. Should an emergency arise, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, your pet's space is only guaranteed with an advanced reservation.

Q. What's required for check-in?

A. We require all vaccinations to be current. Dogs must have rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella for kennel cough. Cats must have FVRCP.

Q. Can I bring my pet's food, dishes, and bed?

A. Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your pet's food and/or any special toys and bedding that will make your pet feel more at home.

Q. What kind of cooling and heating system do you have?

A. Indoor areas of the runs are cooled during the warm months with evaporative cooling. The indoor suites are air conditioned. Both areas are heated with natural gas furnace during the cooler months.

Q. Is there someone on premises at night?

A. Canine Country Club and Feline Inn is proud to say that we do provide 24 hour, 7 day per week care. We have a wonderful couple living on the grounds that tour the kennel each night and stay alert to any disturbances that may occur on the property.

Q. Is there a veterinarian available in an emergency?

A. We have an established rapport with a network of vets and emergency clinics throughout the valley. In the rare cases when an animal needs a vet, one of our on-site caretakers can quickly get them to a veterinarian day or night! We will also keep a record of your vet and his/her contact information if a consultation is needed.

Q. Can I arrange to pick up my pet after-hours?

A. Unfortunately no. We've found that allowing after hour pickups is too disruptive to the other animals that are resting after their stimulating day. We ask that you pick up your pet during our posted office hours.
